Registration Policies

These policies are current as of July 18, 2018

Workshop registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes/workshops are limited in size, please enroll early to guarantee your space.

Enrollment Fees
Fees (some of which includes all materials needed for the class/workshop) are listed in each workshop description, and must be paid in full at the time of registration in order to guarantee your space, unless otherwise stated.

If you are paying by check, please send payment within two weeks of the start date.

Your space will not be  guaranteed until payment is received.

Waitlist
When a class/workshop is full and a oarticipant requests placement on a mailing list, requests are accommodated in the order received.

When a space opens up, an email is sent asking the first person on the list if they are still interested; if they are, an invoice is sent via PayPal. If the PayPal invoice is not paid within a 24-hour period, the next person in line is contacted.

Cancellations & refunds
There are no refunds for service(s) rendered.

If a workshop is cancelled by Center Studio 518, your enrollment fee is refunded in full by the method paid.

Workshops have minimum enrollment requirements, and if these are not met, I reserve the right to cancel workshops.  I make every attempt to notify participants of cancellations within 48 hours.
