Qualified

Consistent and reliable service is essential.

VORBAS provides business owners with the trusted services they need (and can depend on); while representing them professionally, soundly and passionately.

— Calandra Cooper

When I began working for myself sometimes I needed support and an extra pair of hands. At other times I needed someone on my team with a different set of skills that I could affordably tap. But above all, I needed a respectful supporter. Someone that could respectfully see me, my vision and professionally support my mission.

My ideal clients are
the curious, new entrepreneurs and established owners seeking a forward-thinking small business consulting firm whose mission is to align with those of its clients.

You + Product/Service + Buying customers/clients

I’ll be straight with you. Starting, running and maintaining a business isn’t free or easy-it’s consistent work. The grind of operating a business never stops. You will lose sleep. You may lose some money. Business fairy God mothers don’t exist, for most. Most often, YOU, will have to finance your business needs. As you grow, you’ll need employees. And here’s the hard-core reality you’ll have to face— no one wants to work for free or at slave wages because you’re a startup, can’t afford services or are starting a social enterprise or non-profit in which they’re able to fully embrace because they stand behind your community-driven-good-for humanity purposes.

That’s all good, but in the end, right from the beginning, employees, contractors and vendors want you to “show them the money”. In a way, they’re in business just as you are.

More importantly, not all businesses are successful.

As a business owner, not only must you be part of a successful business equation, you must also consistently invest in your personal and business success; otherwise you’re not even in the game.

So what’s good? Well, you can make it happen—you cando it!

Success won’t happen overnight.  But you can make it happen every day. Business takes time, energy and effort. Hustling, grinding and putting in work every single day; finding new customers, serving existing customers and managing everything in between must become your way of life.

It’ll take more than a great service, product or idea to build a company, grow a business,  stand out and compete in the market place. And guess what? A business card, a flyer and a dream along won’t cut it.

When I began working for myself-I needed support and an extra pair of hands or two. Many times I needed someone on my team with a different set of skills that I could affordably tap. Mostly, I needed a respectful supporter in my corner that could respectfully see my vision and professionally support my mission.
